We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Burdigala. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was like sleeping on clouds. The hotel's location in the center of the city made it convenient for exploring. We were impressed by the delicious meals served at both dinner and breakfast, and the recommended wine was excellent. The hotel's attention to hygiene, providing hand sanitizers , was much appreciated.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside of the center of Bordeaux, making it super close to downtown. Guests appreciated the spacious rooms, luxurious bathrooms with separate shower and bathtub, and comfortable beds. The reception staff were noted as being helpful and friendly. The hotel also offered amenities such as a coffee machine, daily replenished capsules, and complimentary bottles of water.
Some guests mentioned that the decor in the bedroom areas appeared tired and in need of updating.

We had an amazing Easter weekend at a hotel in Bordeaux. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The underground parking was a great convenience for us, especially since we had a lot of luggage. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center and close to everything we wanted to explore. having hand sanitizers provided was a thoughtful gesture in these times.

The luxurious amenities provided at this hotel were truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was blown away by the elegance and attention to detail. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with top, notch furnishings and decor. the bathroom was equally impressive, featuring high, end Bvlgari bathroom products that added a touch of luxury to my stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all of my needs were met. the hotel's location, while slightly outside the central area of the city, was not a major issue as it was easily accessible by a short walk or quick ride.
I found the price for breakfast to be quite expensive, at 21 euros.

The hotel staff was really good and were really good too ensure a wonderful stay. They were professional, attentive, and showed great hospitality throughout. The corner suite with a terrace was a highlight, offering luxurious spa products and towels. The gourmet restaurant served excellent food with a great selection of wines. The breakfast was superb and the hotel's cleanliness was great. The location was quiet, yet within a short walk to the city center. The private garage was a big plus, and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the city centre, making it easy to explore the old town and visit attractions such as Place de la Bourse. there is a highly recommended restaurant, "La petite brasserie," nearby where guests can enjoy delicious meals during their stay.
The breakfast service could be improved as there were instances where the staff seemed disorganized and not attentive to guests' needs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel just outside of the city center. The location was excellent, great to easily walk into the city center. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff provided superior service, offering helpful recommendations for local activities and making us feel welcome. Secure off-street parking was a great bonus, and we appreciated the excellent recommendation for a nearby restaurant called La petite brasserie. this hotel was really good in terms of cleanliness, facilities, parking, transportation, and the staff's knowledge and helpfulness.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
